The Thalatta Seaside Hotel is to be found in the resort of Agia Anna in the lush green region of northern Evia. Situated on the beach and backed by a pine forest, this modern complex in no way detracts from the beauty of its idyllic surroundings.

Completed in 2007 by BDG Architects and Leda Moschandreou, the hotel offers 50 rooms in addition to one junior and one private pool suite for the more discerning guest. A whole range of facilities are on hand including a bar, restaurant, spa and conference hall.

Easy access is available from the rooms to the beach as well as to the infinity swimming pool which forms a division between the hotel and the beach and becomes a focal point of the complex. A distinct separation between the reception area and the rooms is made through the building materials used whilst keeping within the boundaries of the contemporary building style. The glass ‘pergola’ of the reception area creates a transparency, a continuity of the indoor and outdoor spaces. A different mood, one of privacy and discretion is apparent in the rooms which offer either a forest or a sea view.

The materials used within the building and decor of the hotel reflect the colours of the environment. Earth tones, wood and natural finishes together with distinctive furnishings and exceptional lighting are brought together to represent the uniqueness of this holiday destination.
