Sophie Deloudi collection for Summer 2016, stems from a discreet flirting between the upbeat 50's and highend 60's whereas geometrical lines and patterns, inspire the designer thus clearly establishing the image of her creations, which connect drive, elegance and eternal femininity.

Sophie Deloudi collection casts furtive glances to the past, dressing it with ultra modern touches accentuating its strong lines. The nostalgia imprinted on retro patterns and cuts that refer to femininity, as defined in the course of time, is laced with mastery to sporting aspects that always run through Sophie Deloudi philosophy.

Recurring cubist and op-art patterns come in color combinations that are based on the principles of high elegance, that "paint" one-piece swimsuits and bikinis, but also the creations that accompany them. Skirts, shorts, overalls and coveralls, in loose terms, without zippers neither limiting to the body nor to the mood of the woman wearing it, perfectly complement the collection which is enriched with spacious bags for the beach and beyond.

Various cuts and sharp lines, that sometimes stress certain body parts and at other times "embrace" the body tenderly, are in game with the athletic form that the designer loves and the languid mood of summer freedom. A simple bikini stands out through its bonding, while a strict piece highlights the silhouette - always in perfect tuning with impeccable stitching and trim. Additionally the retro geometric prints form impressive pieces, different and unexpected, creating a fashion statement, that comes in multiple variants but with common visual point.

The color pallete is once more based on the principles of discreet intensity: the luminous tones of indigo blue, of a 'burning' orange and a deep plum marry excellently with light lavender, sensual burgundy or a flawed khaki-gray, without agitating total balance.
